Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days from the original shipment date.
• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• For exchanges, please email support@awooco.com with your order number and your pet’s size information. Our customer support team will assist you and respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
