1. How do I choose the right collar size?
Each Awooco product page includes a detailed Size Guide with collar measurements and breed recommendations to help you choose the right fit.
We recommend measuring your dog’s neck circumference before purchase and leaving approximately one to two fingers of comfortable space to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
If you are unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact our customer support team. We are happy to provide personalized recommendations.
2. Can my dog wear a collar all day?
Some collars are suitable for extended daily wear, while others are designed for specific purposes and should not be worn continuously.
For example, decorative or special-design collars (such as those with pendants or fashion elements) are recommended for supervised use only and should be removed during sleep or extended periods without supervision to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort.
We also recommend regularly checking the fit and ensuring the collar does not restrict breathing or movement.
3. Are your products suitable for all dog breeds?
Awooco products are designed to accommodate a wide range of dog sizes and lifestyles; however, not every product is suitable for all breeds.
For example, larger or more active dogs may benefit more from durable, anti-pull collars or outdoor gear designed for higher strength and control.
We recommend choosing products based on your dog’s size, behavior, and intended use to ensure optimal comfort and safety.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Awooco offers worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can track your shipment through the link provided in the email or by visiting our order tracking page.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.
6. How long does order processing take?
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or new product launches, processing time may take up to 4 business days.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
7. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@awooco.com and include your order number along with your cancellation request.
Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.
If you need to update your address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
