By placing an order with Awooco, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Please note that all delivery timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment has been successfully received.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
During periods of increased demand, including promotional events, holidays, seasonal sales, or new product launches, order processing may take up to 4 -5 business days.
Processing times refer to the period required to prepare and dispatch your order and do not include shipping transit time.
Orders cannot be shipped until processing has been completed.
2. Processing Time for Customized Products
Customized or personalized products require additional production time.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customized items are generally processed within 15 business days before shipment.
Because each customized product is made specifically for your order, production cannot be expedited once manufacturing has begun.
Please note that customized products may be shipped separately from standard items if they are included in the same order.
3. Shipping Destinations
Awooco currently offers worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.
However, due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or operational considerations, we may be unable to ship to certain destinations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders destined for locations where shipping is unavailable or impractical.
If shipping is unavailable to your destination after an order has been placed, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund if necessary.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of USD $99 or more.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on:
- Destination country or region;
- Package weight and dimensions;
- Shipping method selected;
- Carrier availability.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking information may require up to 24–72 hours to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.
All eligible orders include shipment tracking.

7. Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.
Once an order has entered shipment or has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Awooco is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Split Shipments
To improve delivery efficiency, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
This may occur when:
- Products are stocked in different fulfillment locations;
- Certain items require additional processing time;
- Customized products are included in the order;
- Inventory availability differs.
Customers will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, where applicable.
Split shipments do not result in additional shipping charges beyond those confirmed at checkout.
9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We may not be able to ship to certain P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or other restricted delivery locations depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to address limitations, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
10. Signature Requirements
Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery.
However, for certain high-value orders or where required by the shipping carrier, a signature may be required at the time of delivery.
If a signature is required and no authorized recipient is available, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection in accordance with its delivery procedures.
11. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Awooco has no control over customs policies or import procedures and cannot estimate or guarantee the amount of any applicable duties or taxes.

12. Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures;
- Severe weather conditions;
- Natural disasters;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Carrier operational delays;
- Public holidays;
- Labor shortages or strikes;
- Peak shopping seasons;
- Government actions or regulatory changes;
- Other unforeseen events.
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should such delays occur.
13. Peak Season Notice
During periods of exceptionally high order volume, including major promotional events, holiday seasons, and new product launches, both order processing and shipping transit times may be longer than usual.
We recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible if delivery by a specific date is important.
14. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed by the shipping carrier as lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
After reviewing the shipment status and, where appropriate, completing an investigation with the carrier, Awooco may, at its discretion:
- Arrange a replacement shipment
- Issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
15. Delivery Confirmation
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will generally be considered delivered.
If you believe your package has been delivered incorrectly, we encourage you to:
- Check around the delivery location;
- Contact family members, neighbors, or building management;
- Contact the shipping carrier directly; and
- Notify our customer support team so that we may assist where possible.
Although we will make reasonable efforts to help investigate delivery issues, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address supplied by the customer, any additional shipping charges required to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Awooco is not responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information.
17. Failed Deliveries and Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because:
- Delivery was refused by the recipient;
- The package was unclaimed;
- The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete;

we may deduct any actual costs incurred before processing a refund.

Ownership of and responsibility for products transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the address provided during checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to promptly inspect their order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within the timeframes specified in our Refund Policy.

Awooco shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to:

- Terrorism;
- Government restrictions;
- Customs inspections;
- Transportation interruptions;

- Carrier service interruptions.
Where such events occur, shipping schedules may be extended until normal operations can reasonably resume.
20. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to decline shipments to certain countries, territories, regions, or addresses where shipping is prohibited, restricted, or impractical.
Shipping availability may change at any time due to legal requirements, carrier limitations, international sanctions, export controls, or operational considerations.
If we are unable to fulfill an order because of shipping restrictions, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund where applicable.
